It is my goal to provide a warm and welcoming environment where students are able to find the resources they need in a comfortable and flexible space for collaboration and creating community."
Reba Gordon, Director of Rich library
The library holds abundant academic resources for research and study, including more than 14,000 books, 70 magazine subscriptions, and 17 online databases which students can access on campus or at home on any computer with wireless access. A robust and current fiction section is updated almost weekly to promote reading for pleasure. Quiet study rooms and study carrels are available, along with rooms for student project collaboration and tutoring, which are equipped with whiteboards and overhead projectors. Our library is also a member of the Tampa Bay Library Consortium, providing interlibrary loan access from about 100 libraries in 12 counties throughout Florida. Sixth graders have the ability to use the library’s wireless laptops for school projects and independent research throughout the school day. The library is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Trinity Prep uses the Modern Language Association (MLA) bibliographic style. Students should be using Noodle Tools for help in correctly formatting works cited and in-text quotations.
