Whether they are creating an 18th-century English store for seventh grade Dickens Day, or becoming experts on their chosen research topic for the eighth grade Civics project, our students are given the support and tools to attack their learning with enthusiasm and begin thinking critically. We provide a safe space for middle school students to explore their growing independence.

Extracurricular opportunities, like Science Olympiad, History Bowl, and the Geography Bee, allow students to explore and achieve beyond the classroom. This past school year, 10 middle school athletic teams placed first or second in their conference. In Builder's Club, eighth graders are serving the community through Trick or Treat for Unicef, Operation Gratitude (providing Halloween candy to service people overseas), donating used clothing to Families in Transition (FIT), and more. The Middle School History Bowl has advanced to the National Tournament for the past seven years.
