Our Program

Through athletics, students develop greater confidence, increased self-esteem, and personal responsibility. Trinity Prep currently offers 54 teams on the varsity, junior varsity, and middle school levels in 15 different sports. All sports are available to any eligible boy or girl in grades six through 12. However, in some sports, students may try out for or move up to varsity level as early as seventh or eighth grade. This flexibility gives our athletes the unique opportunity to potentially play six years of a varsity sport.

During the fall, teams participate in bowling, cross country, football, golf, swimming and diving, and volleyball. In the winter, teams are offered in basketball, soccer, and girls weightlifting. Baseball, softball, lacrosse, tennis, track and field, and boys weightlifting round out the spring season.

Our parents provide wonderful support to our athletic programs through their volunteer work, cheering in the stands, and joining Trinity Prep Athletic Boosters Club, a parents' organization dedicated to supporting our amazing programs.

Trinity Prep is a member of the Florida High School Athletic Association.
