Transcript and Processing Forms:
Official transcripts and recommendations from teachers and counselors are mailed directly from the TPS College Counseling Office for summer programs, scholarships (including Congressional Nominations) and college admission applications. The counselors help students coordinate the submission of these school documents for these applications.
The signed Transcript Release Form MUST be on file for the release of a transcript for any application.
Both the Transcript Release Form and the Trinity Prep Transcript/School Docs Request Form are used for summer program and scholarship processes.

Juniors and seniors can access the TPS College Counseling Handbook (available in November of the junior year) on the secure Naviance/Family Connection site > Document Library.
