Strategic Imperatives 2023 - 2028

Every five years, the Board of Trustees of Trinity Preparatory School of Florida establishes recurring or new strategic initiatives for the institution (head of school, administration, faculty, and staff) to pursue over a five-year or greater period of time.

In so doing, the institution faces the challenges and embraces the benefits of perpetual growth and improvement. The Board wants every student to thrive; it also wants the institution to thrive–to lead, embrace the future, and demonstrate care and concern for all members of the Trinity family and all we engage.

In 2022, the Board of Trustees developed these imperatives from an inclusive, collaborative process to imagine what our school and students will need in future years.
