Building a Balanced School Experience

While the middle school years allow students to explore as many interests as possible, they also need to be able to find balance. Even during this exploratory stage, there’s such a thing as overcommitting. If students find themselves interested in multiple expensive extracurriculars or ones that take place at conflicting times, they may need to make some tough choices. Help your child find a balance between trying a little bit of everything and giving themselves time to rest and recharge.
