What facilities are available for rental?
Gyms, Theatre, Auditorium, Fields, Pool, Classrooms, Meeting rooms.
Is parking available?
Yes, depending on the size of the group and what else is happening on campus.
May I serve food or alcohol at my event?
Food is allowed in many spaces on campus. Food must be approved prior to creating the contract. Alcohol is not allowed.
I submitted my rental request. When will I hear back from you?
It takes up to two weeks from the time a request is received to the time the contract is signed.
May I rent facilities during the school day?
No, all facilities are reserved for students during the school day.
What technology is available to rentals?
Each space is unique and you should speak with our rental coordinator about your needs before the contract is signed.
EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES - Use of school equipment is subject to approval by the Rental Coordinator. Use of school food service supplies and computer equipment is not permitted. Lessee agrees that only individuals knowledgeable in the safe and proper operation of equipment and supplies shall be allowed use of it.
Will there be other activities on campus during my event?
Yes, there could be other activities on campus during your event.
With whom do I speak if I have a problem during my event?
We assign a site supervisor for all rental events. We also have security personnel on campus 24/7.
How do I pay for my rental?
We accept payment by check or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 3% convenience fee. 20% of the rental charges and a $250 security deposit are due with the signed contract. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event.
What furniture do you provide?
Please discuss your needs with our rental coordinator. Based on availability, minimal furniture such as 8’ tables and folding chairs or a podium can be provided based on the spaces requested for your event.

What happens if my event is rained out?
We will do our best to reschedule your event to an agreeable date.
USE RESTRICTION – Trinity Preparatory reserves the right to cancel or modify all terms and conditions of this agreement subject to 24 hour verbal notification to Lessee. Every effort will be made to fulfill rental agreements as scheduled. Rental agreements are subject to change. In the event of any conflict of schedule, the use of facilities for school functions will have precedence over a rental agreement.
What if I need to cancel my event?
CANCELLATION - Lessee will be refunded in the event that Lessor cancels the event. If Lessee cancels more than seven days before the event, lessee will forfeit the deposit. If Lessee cancels within seven days of the event, Lessee forfeits the entire payment.
