Sally Flynn
Sally Flynn served as Trinity Prep’s girls varsity tennis coach from 1984 to 2008. During Coach Flynn’s 25-year tenure, her teams compiled a 316-72 record, winning 13 district championships and seven Region Championships, and making 11 appearances at the state tennis tournament. In addition, the girls doubles team enjoyed the #1 state ranking for five years, winning 35 consecutive regular season matches. In 2006, Sally was honored by the Orlando Sentinel as the most winning tennis coach in Central Florida. Coach Flynn had the same goals each year for her teams: “to get the most out of each girl’s game, no matter what her skill level, to coach each girl to win at each level, to instill the love of playing, to win and lose graciously, and to always play fair.”
