Author Festival 2018

Trinity Preparatory School's third annual Author Festival will take place on Friday, Feb. 9, 2018 from 3 - 6 p.m. in the Trinity Prep Library. The event is FREE and open to the public. Last year's event boasted 14 YA and Middle Grade authors and 300 attendees. This year's festival is shaping up to be even bigger and better. Event planners, Reba Gordon, librarian, and English 8 & YA Lit Teacher, Georgia Parker, have book signings scheduled, as well as several panels in which authors will discuss their writing process, the path to publication, and the importance of reading.

Writer's Block, a local Winter Park bookstore, will be on hand selling books. Bring a book from home to be signed, or buy one the day of the festival. A price list, as well as a schedule of panels, will be available February 1.

I love Trinity's Author Festival! It's one of my favorite events of the year. Not only do I have a blast meeting people, but it's a great way to connect with readers and discover the latest reads in our community."
