At Trinity Prep, we believe in empowering our students to take charge of their financial futures through hands-on experience in investment management. Under the expert guidance of our Chief Financial Officer and Faculty Advisor, our student fund managers play a pivotal role in shaping the Student Investment Fund’s investment portfolio. These talented individuals are not only learning the intricacies of market strategies but are also actively engaged in research and networking to refine their skills.

Profits generated by the Fund are strategically reinvested to support scholarships and educational enhancements, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive.

The Artist in Residence program (AIR) seeks proven, outstanding instructors at well-established points in their careers to become AIR scholars. The program aims to expand artistic, engaging, and interdisciplinary learning opportunities for students and inspire teaching faculty to think more boldly and creatively about the instruction of art.

While working with students, AIR scholars will contribute to the intellectual environment of instructional colleagues and students by providing a unique instructional Master Demonstration (MD). Through intentional and innovative instruction and a clear focus on student experiential learning, we expect highly engaged and thoughtful students to advance their technique, understanding, and expressive sensitivities regarding their chosen field. We also expect our faculty to engage in reflective thought and discernment regarding the learning outcomes of the Master Demonstration.

The Artist in Residence program should provide a distinctive experiential learning opportunity beyond our current curriculum. The goal is to enrich the learning journey without displacing any existing elements.

Residency Details:

Term: 1 week (FTE)

Restrictions: Disciplines only have access to one AIR scholar per full rotation of all disciplines. 

Discipline(s): The fine arts include painting, drawing, photography, ceramics, music, theater, and chorus.
