Admission volunteers support the Admission Office throughout the year in a myriad of ways. From assisting with Open House events to connecting with new and prospective families.

Dates/Times
Open Houses are held on the weekend, and volunteer opportunities are available outside traditional school hours. 

Volunteers provide event support for the Golden T Classic golf tournament, reunion events, and Fleur-de-lis Cup tennis tournament.

Volunteers have the opportunity to serve on a variety of committees that include acquisitions, wine grab and set up/break down. Whatever your time commitment may be, there is a place for you!

Assist with the biennial gala and auction (Spring 2027). Planning will start during the 2026-27 school year.

Middle school parents will be a part of a grade-specific social committee to plan and host parent coffees, parent happy hours, and outside-of-school social events for students. 

We need 1-2 high school parents in each grade (9th, 10th, and 11th grade) to plan parent specific out-of-school social events.

Help support Young Adult Literature by volunteering to assist with the organization of this community event that hosts over 30 visiting authors and 450 attendees. Volunteers are needed during the planning and promoting stages of this event, as well as with the actual event.

Provide refreshments for two faculty and staff luncheons. Help plan and host teacher appreciation week. 

Dates/Times

• Faculty and staff lunches: Parents will provide side dishes and desserts for this potluck event.
• Teacher Appreciation Week: Volunteer hours will vary based on planned events. 

Serve drinks and snacks during mid-term and final exams for students in grades 7 through 12.

Food and beverages are needed for special events throughout the year. Donations are typically collected via carpool line the morning of the event.

Volunteers provide planning, support, and refreshments for this Trinity family event. There are many volunteer opportunities in the weeks prior to the day of the event.

• Week leading up to event; various opportunities to volunteer during school hours

On the day of the Homecoming football game, TPO sponsors a barbecue lunch for the entire student body, faculty and staff. Volunteers help set up, serve and clean up the catered BBQ.

Host 4 breaks during the year. These are unannounced (to students) surprise gatherings in the Quad for the entire student body.

Volunteers will set up lawn games and serve treats.

• Three dates to be announced to committee members only.
• Volunteers will be needed 30 minutes before and after the event to clean up. 

Reach out to the families in your child's grade to solicit contributions for the Trinity Prep Fund.
